Details of the respective offer can be found on the corresponding offer pages. Conditions for the rental of baby slings and baby carriers are set out in a separate usage agreement.

Conclusion of contract

The customer receives a booking confirmation by email, verbally, or by telephone. By confirming the appointment, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance may also be given by signature.

Prices

The prices listed on the website apply. All prices are final prices and, pursuant to § 19 para. 1 UStG, do not include value added tax. In addition to consultation and/or workshop costs, travel expenses may apply. Billing is always based on each quarter-hour started. Ongoing support by email, messenger services, telephone appointments, or online meetings is billed at the same hourly rate as in-person appointments.

Payment terms

The customer may pay by cash or card payment directly after the consultation or workshop and/or by redeeming a voucher. No other methods of payment are offered. For breastfeeding consultations, payment is made by invoice.

If an appointment is missed, the customer receives an invoice. The customer is obliged to pay the invoiced amount within 7 days after receipt of the invoice to the account stated on the invoice.

Cancellation

An appointment may be cancelled by email or verbal agreement. If cancellation takes place up to 24 hours before the appointment, no costs are incurred. If cancellation is later than 24 hours before the consultation, workshop, or course, one consultation hour or the full course/workshop amount will be charged. If the appointment is missed without prior cancellation, the first consultation hour plus any travel costs will be charged.

Workshops

Workshop registration is made directly via our website. The participation fee is due immediately after registration.

Cancellation of a workshop is possible by email or personal agreement. Refunds depend on the time of cancellation:

  • More than 4 weeks before the workshop date: full refund.
  • Between 4 and 2 weeks before the date: 50% refund of the participation fee.
  • Less than 2 weeks before the date: no refund possible.

Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased for babywearing consultation, breastfeeding consultation, cloth diaper consultation, elimination communication consultation, baby massage, workshops, and the rental of slings and baby carriers. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue, are non-transferable, and cannot be paid out in cash. If the provider ceases her business activity, cash payment of the voucher value is possible.

Giveaways

The winner must contact me within 72 hours of the announcement by private message on Facebook or Instagram; otherwise the prize expires and one new draw will take place. If the prize is sent by post, the shipping costs are to be borne by the winner.

To deliver the prize, I require the winner's name, address and/or email address. Depending on the prize, further information may be necessary.

Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Participants also undertake not to post any unlawful content. Should this occur, I expressly distance myself from it.

I reserve the right to adapt, modify, or cancel the giveaway if necessary. There is no entitlement to participate in a giveaway.

Legal recourse is excluded.

Disclaimer of liability

Participation in the consultation is the customer's responsibility. The provider accepts no liability for damage to property or personal injury occurring during or after the consultation, or while travelling to or from it. The customer is obliged to disclose any health restrictions or special circumstances relating to the parent(s) or child before the consultation, workshop, or course. It is the customer's responsibility to apply what has been learned correctly; the provider accepts no liability for any consequential damage. No guarantee is given regarding the success of applying what has been learned.

Severability clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
