All of these problems have an underlying cause that can usually be addressed. A tongue tie that is too short can also play a role in this context.

Of course, I always take your individual situation into account. Elimination communication consultation

Strictly speaking, the term “diaper free” can be misleading. This approach is really about communication around elimination, which is why the English term elimination communication describes it better in my view. Babies can absolutely still wear diapers. When you notice that your baby needs to eliminate, you undress them and offer a potty or sink, for example.

During an elimination communication consultation, we cover all the basics for a relaxed start with offering opportunities to eliminate, so that you can begin directly with your baby. Among other things, we look at different signals, positions, and helpful accessories. It can also be combined very well with a cloth diaper consultation.

Complementary feeding consultation

By the time your baby is about six months old, you will probably have many questions about starting complementary foods. Topics often include which foods are suitable in the beginning and what is better avoided, when your baby additionally needs water and in what amount, and when the right time to start really is.

In a complementary feeding consultation, I can give you an overview of all important topics during this phase. Of course, I answer all your questions and we talk through what introducing solids could realistically look like for your family.

There are situations with a baby in which, alongside breast milk or instead of breast milk, another type of feeding becomes necessary. This can raise many questions.

I can help you find the right milk for your baby. We can talk about what to consider when preparing milk and while feeding. If needed, infant formula consultation can be combined with breastfeeding consultation or complementary feeding consultation so that we find an individual path for your family. That path might be returning to exclusive breastfeeding, breastfeeding-friendly supplementation, or bridging individual days when the mother is absent. Every family is different, and every path is individual.

Baby massage brings many benefits - for you and of course for your baby. You spend a very special moment of closeness and calm with your baby. For siblings, massage can also be a beautiful way to build a relationship with the baby.

During a baby massage session, you learn the different massage techniques for the individual body areas. I also explain what to keep in mind when choosing an oil. In addition, I address individual topics such as handling while dressing and undressing, massage for older children, or colic - depending on what you would like and what currently matters in your everyday family life.
